AbstractDrugie wydanie skryptu zawiera najnowsze, uaktualnione informacje dotyczące wybranych zagadnień z ogrodnictwa. Pierwszy tekst każdego z autorów z omawianej dziedziny ma charakter ogólny, a drugi – bardziej szczegółowy. Za tekstami umieszczono polskie tłumaczenia wybranych słówek i zwrotów zawodowych używanych w angielskich pracach naukowych i artykułach popularnych. Przedstawione ścieżki dźwiękowe prezentowanych na zajęciach filmów i polskie streszczenia wykładów mają pomóc studentom w lepszym ich zrozumieniu. W skrypcie znajduje się również plan samodzielnej prezentacji studenta oraz przykładowe zestawy tematów egzaminacyjnych.
The second edition of the manual contains the latest, updated information concerning selected topics in horticulture. The first text of a given area is always general, whereas the latter – more detailed. The texts are followed by Polish translations of professional words and phrases used in English research papers and popular articles. Given sound tracks of the films presented during classes and Polish summaries of the lectures should help students to better understand the content. The manual also has a plan of a student’s own presentation and an example of the problems for the final examination.
